MCR ve sprintu (08/05/2014)

Very difficult course - technically, as well as physically. Great live TV coverage! Unfortunately, I wasn't good at choosing the right routes. Especially the 5th control was a real disaster for me, where I lost about 10-15sec and (even more importantly) lost a lot of power out of my legs due to running so lot on high stairs...
