preWOC camp, relay training (27-06-2014)

Very nice training with the Czech team. We started on the same courses (with no forkings) with some start interval of about 30 seconds. It was a real challenge for me and the other runners motivated me to push harder. I struggled on the first 3 loops and decided to take the last one easy. On each of the fast loops I had some ups and downs. On the one hand, I wasn't resigned, but on the other hand, I coudln't say that I am prepared to compete in such a challenging terrain.
